As always, participants profited from the opportunity to gain new knowledge of MS management from renowned experts and to share their personal experiences in a collegial atmosphere. Over the past 10–15 years, there has been significant progress in the MS field, much of which can be ascribed to the development of new treatments that address the pathogenesis of the disease (especially the early phases).
