Abstract

Background: MRI is the most used test for the evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) response in breast cancer. However, sometimes the pathological analysis of surgical piece revels discordance with pre-surgical radiological result. The purpose of the study was to evaluate radiological-pathological concordance of NAC response and to define which factors are associated with this coincident result.
