Abstract
We have developed fast switching twisted‐vertically aligned mode reflective LCD using mortar‐shaped pixel structure. We realized axially symmetric pretilt angle in each pixel by the mortar‐shaped pixel structure fabricated by the UV pattern exposure and achieved high quality reflective LCD with high reflectivity and wide viewing angle range.
