Abstract

Objective: The Ross Procedure offers several advantages in a young patient population requiring aortic valve replacement. Outcome data after the Ross Procedure are still conflicting. Reoperations are usually due to pulmonary homograft stenosis or autograft dilatation and are a matter of concern. This report focuses on the incidence of reoperation and mortality after the Ross Procedure in a single center.
