Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the angle of cervical vertebral lordosis and body composition and body balance by parts of female college students in their twenties who were judged only by cervical hyperplasia and cervical vertebral hyperplasia to prevent pain and injuries that may occur in incorrect postures, and to correct body alignment and body balance. We intend to provide basic data in developing exercise programs according to the characteristics of each group for balance. When the results are summarized, it can be seen that the muscle mass of the trunk is an important part in the balance of the body of those with an abnormal cervical lordosis. Therefore, based on the results of this study, the importance of developing a customized exercise program that can improve the cervical vertebral angle and body balance ability for those with an abnormal cervical lordosis angle is suggested.
