Abstract

Being bigger than an atom but less than a micrometer in size, nanoparticles have changed the entire scenario. Its interesting properties below 10nm have been proved to be suitable for many applications like medicine, optoelectronic devices, energy storage devices, sensors, etc. Therefore, it is important to show how properties of nanomaterials are different than the bulk material. This chapter belongs to the study of each physical and chemical property of nanomaterial that provides a way of thinking toward a variety of its applications.
