Abstract
In the title Schiff base compound, C11H12N4O, the molecule adopts a trans configuration about the central C=N bond. The dihedral angle between the phenyl ring and the triazole ring is 14.3 (3)°. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked into a one-dimensional supramolecular chain by intermolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bonding between the hydroxyl group and the imino N atom.

R-factors based on F2 are statistically about twice as large as those based on F, and R- factors based on ALL data will be even larger
