Abstract
As the smartphone holding rate has exceeded 95% among South Korean teenagers, problematic smartphone use and its profound impact on brain development have come into increasing focus. While previous research has mainly focused on brain changes following heavy smartphone use in adolescents, the goal of this study is to investigate brain changes in adolescents after reducing smartphone use for 10 weeks and to identify its objective benefits.
