Abstract

The dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), as a core region of the executive control network (ECN), has been associated with pathophysiology and recovery of depression in adults. We investigated functional alterations in the DLPFC before treatment and longitudinal effects of SSRI treatment on DLPFC functional connectivity during the resting state in adolescents with MDD.
