Abstract
With purpose of auto uniformalization in film density and improvement of film contrast by the portable X-ray equipment, we tried to combine the phototimer for automatic exposure, and the grid to make optimum tube voltage with it, In addition, we planned and produced the cassette holder. This resulted in better, uniformity of film density and film contrast than before. With phantom examination the position of an endotracheal tube and catheter in a chest photograph was more detectable. And it is expected that the film loss will decrease.
