Abstract
This paper deals with an air blower using traveling space generated between two resonantly-driven plates, which are excited at an eigenfrequency of flexural vibration mode. This air blower suite for a cooldown device of compact device, because this air blower has a thin configuration. The advantage of this air blower is that the energy efficiency, because of the resonance driving. Firstly we theoretically proposed the generation mechanism of travelling space between two plates and then the realization method of this theory was proposed. Finally it was experimentally shown that this air blower could be used as an air blower.
