Abstract
The pneumatic micro dispenser chip that can divide liquids into 10nL each has been developed successfully. From the dispensing experimental result, it was difficult to supply the divided liquid properly to the channel (reactor) selected among branched channels. Therefore, we found out that the issue was caused by the air compression in the micro channel. The design of the dispenser chip to supply the divided liquid properly to the reactor was improved. The experimental result provided us the effectiveness of the improvement. The micro dispenser chip with manipulation of nanoliter volume is useful for portable health care devices.
