Abstract
目的：总结1例极低出生体重试管婴儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)行肠造瘘术后的护理经验。方法：对手术后的患儿严密监测生命体征，做好造口的观察和护理，加强营养支持，合理进行静脉维护。结果：经过护理干预有效达到预期治疗效果。结论：做好早产儿NEC造瘘术后患儿的护理，能提高患儿的生活质量，预防并发症，为二期手术奠定基础。 Objective: To summarize the nursing experience of 1 case of very low birth weight test tube infants with necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) after enterostomy. Methods: After the operation of children with strict monitoring of vital signs, do stoma observation and care, strengthen nutrition support, reasonable intravenous maintenance. Results: After nursing intervention, the expected therapeutic effect was achieved. Conclusion: Nursing of children with preterm infants with NEC fistula can improve the quality of life of children and prevent complications, laying the foundation for the second operation.
