Abstract
1H NMR spectra of the product obtained from reaction between [Pt-(CH 3) 3] 2SO 4·4 H 2O and an aqueous mixture of sodium iodide and sodium hydroxide have yielded evidence for tetramers containing both iodo and hydroxo bridging groups in the same framework.
