Abstract

Recent research provided evidence for substantial cross-border healthcare consumption by people of non-Western ethnic origin residing in Western Europe, especially in the country of origin. However, the knowledge about the scope, reasons or consequences of this type of cross-border healthcare use by people of non-Western ethnic origin is still limited.
