國府遷台前後(1948-1951)《國語日報》內容之研究

Abstract

The paper discusses the 《Mandarin Daily News》 content before and after the Nationalist government moved to Taiwan (1948-1951); analysis in the postwar context, and Taiwan's implementation of the National Language Movement, the 《 Mandarin Daily News》 being the government executor of the national language policy, in addition to China's awareness, influence, and overall role in this discussion. Three main topics are as follows; first the discovery of post-war national government traces for smooth implementation of the National Language Movement, the use of official resources to assist the 《Mandarin Daily News》. National Languages Committee of Taiwan Province , with the use of the 《Mandarin Daily News》 for Governmental order and the National Language policy. The《Mandarin Daily News》 has become the official newspaper of The National Language Committee of Taiwan, Secondly,《Mandarin Daily News》with ,the implementation of national language policy for the National Languages Committee of Taiwan Province, set a standard to and promote the return to the province dialect with two concepts embodied in “language A Supplement” and “language B Supplement”. Finally, is the post-war Taiwan sanitizing policy, 《Mandarin Daily News》 founder of the History and Geography Supplement” and Local Supplement two supplements aimed at shaping to shape Taiwanese Chinese ideology. With the government occupying Taiwan, the education system began comprehensive measures to implement the party's agenda the《Mandarin Daily News》contains a “Children Supplement” a layout Choice, which contains articles written by-student Contributors and published in the education class article, The layout’s goal is two-fold, one to reflect the content of the party’s education on behalf of the newspaper's position, and on the other hand, are the newspaper party education materials which shape the reader. However, since Taiwan's institution of martial law, the government began to limit the expression rigidly. When the government moved to Taiwan, with the Chiang Kai-shek regime gradually stabilized, the language policy began to set in motion a language, sanitizinh policy, which was increasingly narrowing,《Mandarin Daily News》was forced to edit and comply. Overall, the 《Mandarin Daily News》 content has changed before and after the Nationalist government moved to Taiwan, demonstrating that the government is capable of instituting a thorough national language policy, and narrowing the more narrow ideology of education.
