Abstract

BACKGROUND CONTEXT: Treatment of complex adult deformity has become more common in recent decades due to improvements in spinal fusion techniques and an increasingly active aging population. No studies exist to define the frequency of repeat surgical intervention following definitive spinal fusion for adult deformity over a long time period of evaluation.
