Abstract
How the breast cancer genome evolves during malignant progression has been highly debated. To gain insight into the landscape of genomic aberrations occurring in breast cancers from the onset to metastasis, we compared the molecular profile of matched primary and relapsed tumors, focusing on the additional alterations developed in metastases.
