Abstract
This essay has 5 sub-topics in sequence, such as behavior analysis, strategy thought, conspirator composition, the actual phenomena of sheltering Taiwan gang to run illegal business prewar, and the efforts cooperated with Japan imperialists by Taiwanese in wartime, in order to form a systematic discourse of this topic. At the stage of unripe capitalism, Japan wanted to carry out her continent policy, and used primitive capital pillage method to accumulate capital rapidly. This was the reason why Japan opium strategy appeared. Because the central government of Japan, consuls, military authorities, dealers were all involved in the strategy to combine officials and civic people together, so it could be called as an organized crime of countrywide level. Besides, those who involved in it were not just Japanese but Korean and Taiwanese. Especially the Taiwan gang, who squeezed money and lives of their own countrymen, and exchanged drugs for army provisions and goods, etc, could be called as the tentacle or pawn of Japan imperialists. After the discussion of this paper, we can understand the role, position, and value of Taiwan gang in the quadrant of Japan continent policy.
