Abstract
The quantitative evaluation of adhesive strength of copper thin film on flexible polyimide film was tried in this research by using a new technique. The specimen was made of polyimide film diced like a block on copper film. By comparing the maximum applied load between the experiment and the simulation to exfoliate this specimen from the copper film, the energy release rate of the interface was evaluated.
