Abstract

Study Objective: Since publication of the Suppression of Ovarian Function Trial (SOFT) data, some women with premenopausal breast cancer have been recommended to undergo bilateral oophorectomy to facilitate breast cancer treatment with aromatase inhibitors. Our objective is to describe the procedures performed, intra-abdominal findings, and surgical pathology of this population.
