Abstract

Emerging evidences have demonstrated the differential expression of LncRNA DILC in various malignancies. Nevertheless, its impact on tumor microenvironment (TME) remain limited in breast cancer. This study investigates the expression of DILC in tumor associated macrophages (TAMs) and CD8+ cells in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) and its impact on TNF-α release that could promote breast cancer progression and drug resistance.
