Abstract

The need for patterning of micro/nano scale structures onto large flexible substrate is increasing with development of flexible electronics. Microcontact printing (μCP) has known as a promising soft lithographic technique for forming micro patterns of self-assembled monolayers on large area. Even it yields simple and cost-effective micro structuring method, μCP has been used mainly for the patterning on planer and solid substrates with step & repeat method. In this work, we develop roll-to-roll (RTR) μCP on Cu and Polyimide flexible film with PDMS roller stamp fabricated by Optical soft lithography.
