Abstract

In buccal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) tumours post operative salivary complications are seen due to the intimate relationship between tumour and parotid gland and duct. Crucially these can delay post-operative radiotherapy (PORT). This retrospective analysis was part of work up for a prospective case series with the aim of reducing post-operative morbidity for these patients.
