FACT-F score decreased by a mean of 2.4 points over the four months of cancer therapy (p Conclusions Severe fatigue is highly correlated with anaemia before and after cancer therapy. The prevalence of fatigue increased with cancer therapy. Treatment of both cancer-related and treatment-related anaemia could reverse fatigue and have a positive effect on quality of life of cancer patients.
