Abstract
The Digital Storytelling Project is an initiative launched in Hong Kong (HK) and New Haven (NHV), CT, to teach high school students filmmaking and to have them reflect on their experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. We aim to introduce: 1) our Digital Storytelling Project; and 2) a qualitative study exploring the COVID-19 pandemic through the lens of teenagers who share their experiences through filmmaking and evoke cross-cultural empathy in their audience.
