Abstract

Introduction / aims of the study: Pregnancy after kidney transplantation (KT) has a high risk for maternal-fetal complications. This study aims to evaluate maternal and perinatal outcomes in pregnancies after KT and the impact of pregnancy on graft function. Methods: This descriptive and retrospective case-control study included 43 pregnancies in women after KT, followed in our institution, from January 1991 to December 2019. Each pregnancy was considered as an event. The control group included 200 non transplanted pregnants,followed in the same center.
