Abstract

Introduction: The usual sites for breast cancer metastasis are lungs, bones, liver and brain. Less frequent sites are identified as the stomach, rectum, pancreas, spleen, thyroid, adrenals, kidneys, heart, uterus and ovaries. Cervical metastases from breast cancer are very rare. Case: We present a rare case of 89 year-old frail lady who was referred by General physician for gynaecological surveillance as she had per-vaginal bleeding. She was on letrazole for breast cancer which was diagnosed few months ago.
