Abstract

Organized breast cancer (BC) screening in France by mammography every 2 years in women aged 50–74 years is regularly criticized, over hypothetical adverse effects, overdiagnosis or overtreatment. We assessed the screening impact on initial tumor features, treatments and outcomes.
