Abstract
This paper proposes two low-profile and high-gain array antennas with broad bandwith at 140GHz. The two antennas compose of the same subarray unit. 32 × 32-element array shows more than 38.7dBi gain with 92% efficency at center frequency and 21.5GHz bandwith(129.3–150.8GHz) and 64 × 64-element array shows more than 43.9dBi gain with 74.6% efficiency at center frequency and 20GHz bandwith(130.0–150.0GHz), respectively. The antennas will be divided into 3 layers for fabrication using milling technology.
