Abstract

Measurements of carbon-13 spin lattice relaxation times, nuclear Overhauser enhancements, and line widths have been performed for solutions of polydimethyl- and polydiphenylphenylene oxides between 30 and 70°. Rotational correlation times and activation energies corresponding to the different motions are determined. Comparison with the results of previous conformational calculations leads to the description of motion characteristics.
