Abstract

To estimate a role of left ventricular noncompaction in patients with congenital heart diseases (CHD) and isolated noncomaction in a vetricular function. ECG. 2DEcho, 4DEcho, tissue doppler imaging were used on GE Vivid 7 Dimension'08. 42 patients at the age from 4 months till 18 years. From them with CHD were 31(74 %) patients, with isolated noncompacted a myocardium - 11(26%). Females (57%) were prevailed. Spectrum of CHD: septal defects (10-27.7 %), bicuspid aortic vaves (3); aortic stenosis (1), coarctation of aorta (1) Ebsteins anomaly (2), membrane of the left atrium (1), singl ventricle - 10 (27,7%) and others. Rght ventricular noncompaction with systolic dysfunction was found out only in one patient. Localisation of a noncompact myocardium was in the LV lateral wall and apex ?? (95 %) Systolic and diastolic dysfunction was diagnosed in 33,3 % of cases. EFLV - 25-52 %, EF of singl ventricle - 50-53 %, EF RV - 29 %. The relation noncompact (N) and compact (C) myocardium N/C-.1,5-2,2. Isolated left ventricular noncompaction was found. in 11 children The basic diagnoses: dilated cardiomyopathy (3), arrhythmia (3), foramen ovale (5), mitral valve prolaps. EF -60-67%. The noncompact myocardium in a combination with CHD was accompanied systolic and diastolyc myocardial dysfunction in 33,3 % of cases. After surgical correction was observed improvement of left ventricular function.
