Abstract
AbstractWe have investigated CaMgO(CMO) film by E‐beam(EB) and plasma gun(PG). By varying different deposition conditions, film show difference in contamination level, structure and discharge voltage characteristic. The film analysis is critical to develop manufacture process for high efficiency PDP with CMO.
