Abstract
This volume contains papers from the 12th International Conference “Mesh methods for boundary-value problems and applications” which took place in Kazan, from September 20 till September 25, 2018. The organizers of the workshop were Kazan Federal University, Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics (Russian Academy of Sciences), Tatarstan Academy of Sciences and Lomonosov Moscow State University.The scientific program of the conference was focused primarily on the theory mesh methods for boundary value problems of mathematical physics. Considerable attention is also paid to the mathematical models of complex nonlinear processes of mechanics and physics, and on the construction of efficient algorithms for solving finite-dimensional approximations of nonlinear equations and variational inequalities.
