Abstract

Seroma formation after breast surgery has been a consistent problem. Tranexamic acid, an antifibrinolytic agent, is an FDA-approved drug for haemorrhage control. This study was conducted to see the effect of topical tranexamic acid on drain volme and the duration of need for drain.
