Abstract
Introduction: The termination of pregnancy for fetal abnormality is based on a multidisciplinary clinical practice with an individually adapted intervention. Aims of the study: The objective of this study was to determine the major indications for pregnancy termination (PT), demographic and pregnancy details and effectiveness of medical management. Methods: This descriptive retrospective study examined all cases of PT due to prenatal diagnosis of fetal abnormality at Centro Materno-Infantil do Norte from January 2019 to December 2020.
