Abstract
Author has been developed a novel polishing method using functional fluid which is dispersed abrasives with silicone oil. This fluid shows active reciprocate motion between electrodes under AC electric field at very low frequency Therefore we have proposed new manufacturing and polishing method for micro parts of medical instruments and dies for injection molding parts. Then we have obtained easily method for micro fabrication using the gathering lubricant around the micro tool of cutting edge on high speed rotating under applied AC electric field.
