Abstract
Case Reports: We know that used in everyday European anesthetic practice sugammadex provides fast and efficient removal of the neuromuscular block, induced by steroidal muscle relaxants. Therefore suggests the use of sugammadex to accelerate weaning from mechanical ventilation patients with acute respiratory failure, requiring mechanical ventilation, synchronizing by steroid muscle relaxants. Description of sugammadex to accelerate weaning from mechanical ventilation patients with ARDS, synchronized by steroidal muscle relaxants.Preterm birth 3, operating 31 weeks of pregnancy. The scar on the uterus. Partial premature detachment of normally situated placenta. Antenatal fetal death. Acute disseminated intravascular coagulation. Pulmonary embolism, acute respiratory failure.Infarction-pneumonia. Prolonged mechanical ventilation (5 days: IPPV, BIPAP, CPAP; occasionally synchronized by rocuronium). Prolonged hemofiltration. Difficulty in weaning from prolonged mechanical ventilation, despite the clear consciousness, hemodynamic stability, successful co-operation of patients, doctors and nurses. 5 minutes after intravenous bolus injection of 400 mg sugammadex need for assisted ventilation was gone, the patient regained adequate spontaneous breathing, no longer even need a minimum of respiratory support. Sugammadex, in some cases can accelerate weaning the patient from the ventilator after prolonged mechanical ventilatory support, and therefore must take the appropriate place in the arsenal of intensive care medicine.
