Case Reports: We know that used in everyday European anesthetic practice sugammadex provides fast and efficient removal of the neuromuscular block, induced by steroidal muscle relaxants. Therefore suggests the use of sugammadex to accelerate weaning from mechanical ventilation patients with acute respiratory failure, requiring mechanical ventilation, synchronizing by steroid muscle relaxants.
