Abstract

Neurodevelopmental disorders (ND) of children such as behavioral, psychiatric, cognitive, or socioemotional problems are the leading cause of morbidity in children, causing great suffering and economic burden to patients, families, and society. Most studies assessed the linkage between maternal mental health disorders such as MDD and ND, yet the role of paternal depression and children's ND is understudied. Our goal is to understand the relationship between paternal depression with ND in their children.
