Abstract

Angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma (AFH) is a rare soft tissue neoplasm that typically occurs in the extremities of children and young adults. Diagnosis of AFH is solely through histopathological and immunohistochemistry analysis, and is commonly misdiagnosed due to the lack of specific clinical or imaging findings. We present a scalp AFH which posed diagnostic challenges.
