Abstract
A wake with positive or negative buoyancy certainly becomes a double structure combined non-linearly with two kinds of motions with extremely different frequencies, i.e. one is a vortex street motion and the other a thermal plume motion with a swaying motion. Structual instability occurs certainly with an abrupt change due to unbalance between two kinds of motions.
