Abstract

The Early Head Start (EHS) program, a US Administration for Children and Families program to support the well-being of young children in poverty, commissioned six academic institutions to explore specific enhancements that might “buffer” the deleterious impact of toxic-level stressors that are associated with socioeconomic disadvantage.
