The impact of preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in newly diagnosed breast cancer patients is matter of debate. Our study's major goal was to investigate the influence of MRI on the primary surgical treatment of early breast cancer: type of surgery, time to surgery, rate of reoperations.
