Abstract

The “Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI)” is commonly used to measure the severity of psoriasis at a specific point in time. This score does not consider the patient history, leaving a possible gap in the satisfaction of patients regarding their care. This cross-sectional study aimed to test if the PeakPASI, the highest PASI ever measured, is a beneficial additional tool to assess the long-term burden, variations in treatments and comorbidities of patients. Psoriasis patients treated at a university hospital between 01/2019 and 07/2020 received a questionnaire.
