Abstract
Objective(s): Breast diseases are very rare in childhood and adolescence, and most lesions are benign. We report a case of florid papillomatosis of the nipple. This is one of the possible differential diagnosis in children with breast complaints. Study design: Case report. Results: A two-year-old girl presented with unilateral spontaneous bloody nipple discharge and a small, translucent, bluish and palpable mass under the right nipple. The patient was in good general health and had no history of any major illnesses or surgeries.
