Abstract
In this paper, the fluid elastic vibration of cylinder-banks is investigated using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The hybrid analytical method which consists of the analytical solution and the simulation solution by using CFD is propsed. Comparing with the reported experimental data, it can be said that the present results show considerably good agreements. Moreover, this present hybrid method is shown to have a good advantage in computation time and man-power.
