Abstract

Introduction: Complex atypicalendometrialhyperplasiasuggestsasignificantpre‐malignantstate ofendometrialcarcinoma, and tends to occur at a young age. Oral progestins have been used as conservative treatment in young women with atypical endometrial hyperplasia who want to preserve their fertility combined with levonorgestrel‐releasing intrauterinesystem (Mirena). Method: A 37 obese nulliparous woman, with a history of insulin resistance treated with metformin, presented with symptoms of menorrhagia for over than 5 years.
