Abstract

We have suggested a new design and development methodology called Total Design Management (TDM) with "Set Based Design (SBD)" for a multi-objective trade-off design and "Model based Risk management (MBR)" for a risk management in previous papers. After that several on-site designers tried to design for their each object with TDM. Actually they used TDM for a multi-objective trade-off design and a risk management, and also for a project management tool and technology transfer tool. In this paper, we describe how TDM is used at the design site, and what on-site designer expects to TDM applied.
