Abstract

Perceval valves are sutureless bioprosthetic surgical valves designed for the aortic position. The full breadth of indications for implanting Perceval valves is still unknown. Furthermore, the longer-term durability of the Perceval valve is also unclear. We report the long-term outcomes of a Perceval valve utilised for redo aortic valve replacement inside a heavily calcified homograft root in a patient with Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber syndrome.
