Abstract
AbstractIn this presentation, we will discuss recent advances and improvements in FPDs characterization methods. Several new and/or improved methods have been introduced in the past. After reviewing measurement requirements and basic principles of these methods, we will further focus on the characterization of reflective LCDs displays and introduce a new measurement methods allowing independent extraction of the characteristics of the display itself and the properties of the front surfaces.
